Trained in Korean National University of Arts ( School of Dance ), Na-Ri graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2005. She participated in several KNUA's performances such as Sweet Baroque, Soloist in Paquita, Pas de Deux in La Esmeralda, Allegro Brilliant, Le Corsaire, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, including contemporary ballet pieces White and Ogamdo. Besides being a finalist in the Shanghai International Ballet Competition 2004 and Nagoya International Ballet Competition 2005, she also won for herself a bronze award in the Dong-a Dance Competition 2005. She joined SDT in July 2007 and had since participated in Legacy of Goh Choo San, Swan Lake and Giselle In The Park.
