REECE HUDSON
Artist

Born in Buckinghamshire, England, Reece started dancing at the age of 12, and he trained at the De Souza Dance Centre under the instruction of Jo De Souza. He joined the Royal Ballet School’s senior associates in 2009, before joining Central School of Ballet in 2011.

At Central School of Ballet, Reece was given the chance to work with William Glassman, Carole Gable, Elia Luyando and Resmi Malko. He was also part of the third year touring company where he had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Christopher Marney, Andrew Mcnicol and Daniel de Andrade. Reece also performed in a short film project Directed by Mike Figgis. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Performance in July 2014.

Reece joined Singapore Dance Theatre as an apprentice in August 2014, and performed in Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Bournonville Divertissements, Opus 25, Serenade, Peter and Blue, Sticks and Stones and Unfound.

 

Reece was promoted to Artist in August 2016
