Pilates, a form of conditioning exercise developed by Joseph Pilates  in the early 1900’s. His method focuses heavily on alignment of the spine, awareness in breathing and strengthening of the deep torso muscles, thus, building a lot of strength to support our posture whilst giving supple joints. Practitioners of Pilates will benefit on having a toned and fit physique plus attaining a focused mind and a heightened awareness of their body,  which brings wellness not only in the body but also the mind.

Elynn started to learn to dance at the age 5 and later pursued ballet as her vocation. Being a dancer inevitably will succumb her to injuries wherein she discovers Pilates initially as a form of rehabilitation. With it, she regained much mobility, fluidity and tensile strength, eventually making her getting certified as a Pilates instructor with Polestar Pilates. Elynn now teaches Pilates and ballet in Singapore.
