Under the banner of Singapore Season, an initiative by the Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Arts (MICA) and the National Arts Council (NAC), Singapore Dance Theatre (SDT) will present a triple bill of contemporary dance works at the Shanghai Grand Theatre on 25 October. Following this showcase within the Shanghai International Arts Festival, SDT will stage a second performance at the Tianjin Grand Theatre on 28 October.

SDT’s offering to the audience in Shanghai and Tianjing is an eclectic mix of choreographic pieces from Argentina, France, and Singapore, namely Piazolla’s Four Seasons by Mauricio Wainrot, Les Noces by Marie-Claude Pietragalla, and Negro Y Blanco by Jeffrey Tan.
