lisha chin

Born in Singapore, Lisha moved to the UK at the age of five. She trained at the Hammond School, the Royal Ballet School, and finally at Central School of Ballet where she completed her BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Performance. During her training, she had the opportunity to perform with the English National Ballet in Coppélia and the Royal Ballet in The Nutcracker as well as to work with choreographers such as Christopher Bruce, Christopher Hampson, Darshan Singh Buller and Christopher Marney.
Lisha performed with SDT in The Nutcracker in December 2011 as a guest artist and officially joined SDT as an apprentice in April 2012. She has performed in Paquita, staged by Janek Schergen and Divertimento No. 15 and Serenade by George Balanchine and several roles in Sleeping Beauty and Coppélia.
